Kourtion House is a stone farmhouse of the 1750s.
It was characterized as a historical preservable for the traditional Cretan house structure
which has its roots in the prehistoric Minoan mansion.
It is located in the Byzantine settlement of Tzanakiana, at the foot of Mount Psiloritis,
100m. from Margarites (international ceramics center) and a short distance away
from Ancient Eleftherna, the Monastery of Arkadi, its beaches
Panormos with fish taverns. It is 25 klm from Rethymno.
In the "House of the Kourites" they are organized with love, theatricality
and special care traditional, Byzantine, universal double and modern weddings.
The whole preparation is based on the revival of the Cretan tradition.
Counseling and psychotherapeutic groups are being organized
coordinated by professional psychologists.
The members of the group share experiences, emotions

In the courtyard with the stone terraces and the amphitheatrical space for events
operates a botanical garden in clay pots. Each room has the name of a couturier.
