Traditional cretan food. We used fresh biological vegetables from our field and olive oil of our product. Also cheese and meat from Rethymno and local wine, raki, honey and mountain herbs. Some of our dishes: traditional roast lumb on fire, traditional cretan spaghetti, mousaka, stuffed vegetables, beefberger stuffed with feta or graviera, rabbit with onions and fresh tomato (stifado) and more...
